I began my career in 1992 with one of the world’s leading hotels, The Taj Mahal in Mumbai. After that I worked with the renowned British luxury cruise liner P&O Cruises as a senior chef.

In the year 1998 came to Goa & started a restaurant called After Eight which is now called “After seven”.

I had a dream of a fine restaurant one day of my own, & with Gods’ grace & all your well wishes started this innovative European restaurant.

Our food here is freshly prepared daily & is of the finest & best ingredients available. It is cooked to order by a team of experienced chefs who have been personally trained by me. Utmost hygienic standards are paramount.

The wines in turn have been carefully selected to blend with the food.
